Boat Storage Policy – Updated for 2024/2025

The boat storage facility is designated for boats only. Existing leases for motorhomes and campers have been grandfathered in, but no new leases will be issued for non-boat vehicles.

To qualify for a boat storage spot, you must:

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a Lakewood address
• Have a boat and trailer registered to a Lakewood address with current registration

The rental fee is $750 for a 6-month period. Failure to pay on time will result in termination of the lease. Only one storage spot is allowed per person. As of March 2025, there are 19 individuals on the waiting list.
